Q: WHAT IS THE OPEN AIR CIRCUS?

A: The OPEN-AIR CIRCUS is designed to provide an exciting outdoor live show experience, while still maintaining social distancing. Think picnic meets the circus, but this time you watch the show from group lawn spots or in seated rows.

Q: WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN?

A: All CDC and State of Nevada guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with Collaboration Foundation and Clark County to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards. To ensure safety, we will leave distance between you and surrounding guests.

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

A: No – tickets are only available online before the event. No tickets will be sold in-person on site.

Q: DOES MY TICKET PURCHASE WORK FOR ALL EVENT DAYS?

A: No. Each show date and time requires a ticket specific to that event.

Q: ONCE I BUY MY TICKET, HOW IS IT RECEIVED?

A: The ticket will be included in the confirmation. You may print out the ticket or just open the PDF included with the confirmation on your phone. 

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A SINGLE TICKET?

A: Yes. Single tickets are available in the blue and purple seated row sections.

Q: IS FOOD INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY TICKET?

A: No. You may bring your own picnic or choose to buy food onsite.

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

A: Yes, please do…outside food or drinks will be permitted.

Q: ARE SEATS/SPACES ASSIGNED?

A: Seats are purchased in a given section (as specified in our color coded seating chart). All spots / seats are General Admission within each section and will NOT be assigned prior to arrival. Guests will be seated on a first come first served basis in their designated section.

Q: WE HAVE A LARGE GROUP COMING. CAN WE RESERVE SPACES IN ADVANCE?

A: Sorry, we cannot reserve spaces. Please purchase tickets in the same section and be sure to arrive together so you can be seated with your group.

Q: IF I DON’T HAVE A TICKET CAN I WATCH THE SHOW FROM THE SIDEWALK OR OTHER NEARBY AREA?

A: No. All surrounding areas, including parking lots and grounds, will be inaccessible for watching or listening to the show.

Q: DOES EVERYONE NEED A TICKET?

A: Yes each person needs a ticket. If you purchase lawn seating in the Red section, you will need to purchase in groups of four, while the Gold section requires tickets to be purchased in sets of two. There are no quantity restrictions in the Blue and Purple seated row sections.

Q: ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

A: Yes this is a family affair. While we do not provide a special price for children, those 3 and under are free. (maximum of 4)

Q: IS THE SHOW APPROPRIATE FOR MY CHILDREN?

A: Yes, absolutely.

Q: WHAT KINDS OF CHAIRS ARE PERMITTED IN THE LAWN VIEWING AREA?

A: Low profile chairs will be provided and placed in each group lawn spot. Guests may bring their own chairs provided the chair back height not exceed 28″. Guests are also encouraged to bring blankets so they can lounge more comfortably. Please note, these seats are very low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues may need to select tickets in the seated rows. SEE PHOTO ABOVE

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

A: The venue located at 8390 W Windmill Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89113 and will open 60 minutes prior to show time. We suggest planning your arrival 45 minutes prior to show time.

Q: WHERE SHOULD WE ENTER?

A:  The venue is located at: 8390 W Windmill Ln, Las Vegas. Parking is along the west wall of the property and the entrance is at the property’s side gate.

Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?

A: Social distance scanning will be by presenting your phone with QR code displayed. Our team will scan your ticket. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Q: WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

A: Late seating will be permitted .  You may be asked to wait as our ushers will guide you to your section at predetermined moments in the show.

Q: WHAT IF I DON’T USE MY TICKET?

A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE SHOW LAST?

A: Show will last approximately 60 minutes.

Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

A: Yes.

Q: WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?

A: Yes, concessions will be available for purchase onsite.

Q: WILL SOMEONE BE PICKING UP TRASH?

A: There will be trash receptacles throughout the event space. We ask that you kindly dispose of all trash appropriately.

Q: IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

A: No. To be considerate of all attendees we do not allow smoking at this event. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE SHOW?

A: No Pets allowed.

Q: WILL THERE BE AN ENCORE PERFORMANCE?

A: No. But if you have a great time and tell your friends we’ll do it again in the not too distant future.

The following items and activities are prohibited at this event:

Advertising, selling or promoting any third party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)

Disorderly conduct

Fireworks

Generators

Grills or fryers

Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind

Chaise lounge type chairs

Laser pointers

Littering

Tents, stand umbrellas and tarps

Use of drones

Wagons and strollers

Weapons

Jerks (they kill the cool vibe we are going for)

Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the event.

Feel free to bring the following:

Low back chairs for the red and gold sections

Your own chairs for the blue and purple sections (if you like)

A sweater (just in case)

Soft sided coolers

Blankets

Bean bags

Pillows

An awesome attitude and willingness to have a great time!!!
