Q: WHAT IS CIRQUE MECHANICS DRIVE-IN CIRCUS?

A: CIRQUE MECHANICS DRIVE-IN CIRCUS is designed to provide an exciting live show experience, while still maintaining social distancing. Think DRIVE-IN meets the circus.

Q: WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN?

A: All CDC and State of Georgia guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with Atlantic Station and the City of Atlanta to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards. To ensure safety, we will leave enough distance between you and surrounding vehicles. We ask that all guests remain in/by their vehicles, practice social distancing, and wear masks whenever outside of their vehicle. In the event it is necessary for a guest to leave their vehicle, guests must use safe and social distancing practices, and wear a face covering. Security will strictly enforce guidelines. Failure to follow safe social distancing, or requests of security or staff members for guests to follow, will cause the guest to be subject to removal. Event staff will be wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) as required by CDC guidelines.

If a medical condition exists that prevents a guest from wearing a face-covering, then they must remain inside their vehicle at ALL times. No exceptions. 

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

A: No – tickets are only available online before the event. No tickets will not be sold in-person on site.

Q: DOES MY TICKET PURCHASE WORK FOR ALL EVENT DAYS?

A: No. Each show date and time requires a ticket specific to that event.

Q: ONCE I BUY MY TICKET, HOW IS IT RECEIVED?

A: The ticket will be included in the confirmation. You may print out the ticket or just open the PDF included with the confirmation on your phone. Tickets may also be accessed on your mobile device using the Eventbrite APP. 

Q: IF I DON’T HAVE A TICKET CAN I LISTEN TO THE SHOW FROM THE SIDEWALK OR OTHER NEARBY AREA?

A: No. All surrounding areas, including parking lots and beach, will be inaccessible for watching or listening to the show.

Q: ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?

A: VIP row spaces are assigned. All other rows are General Admission based on row number and will NOT be assigned prior to arrival. Vehicles will be placed on a first come first served basis to a parking space in their designated Row and upon arrival. To ensure you don’t miss a thing, we have added a large video screen.

Q: WE HAVE A LARGE GROUP COMING. CAN WE RESERVE SPACES IN ADVANCE?

A: Sorry, we cannot reserve parking. 

Q: WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR PARKING?

A: Please follow the direction of parking attendants and venue staff. For everyone’s safety, it is important that you stay in the space you are assigned throughout the event. Parking spaces between vehicles must remain clear.

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

A: The venue located at 115 20th Street adjacent to the parking structure will open at 90 minutes prior to show time. We suggest planning your arrival around 45-60 minutes prior to show time.

Q: WHERE SHOULD WE ENTER?

A:  Entrance to the venue is at the main entrance located at: 115 20th Street, Atlanta, GA 33403 

Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?

A: Social distance scanning will be by holding the ticket against your rolled up window. Our team will scan your ticket through the glass. If this is not possible and your window needs to be rolled down, you must wear a mask. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Q: WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

A: Gates close 15 minutes past show time.  NO one will be allowed in after that. No refunds will be granted. 

Q: WHAT IF I DON’T USE MY TICKET?

A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Q: DOES EVERYONE IN MY CAR NEED A TICKET?

A: No, you will only need one ticket per car. The number of passengers in your vehicle must not exceed the number of safety belts/seats. It is recommended that you only share a vehicle with household members with whom you have been sheltering in place.

Q: CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

A: In and out privileges are not permitted.

Q: IF I NEED TO LEAVE BEFORE THE SHOW IS OVER, WILL I BE ABLE TO EXIT THE PARKING LOT?

A: We ask that everyone stay in their parking space until the end of the show. In case of an emergency you may exit.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE SHOW LAST?

A: Show will last approximately 65 minutes.

Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

A: Yes. But the following guidelines must be observed:

  • All guests exiting their vehicle MUST wear a Mask or face covering. 
  • No more than two guests per vehicle can leave to use the restroom at the same time. 
  • Once out of the vehicle guests must maintain 6 ft. social distancing with guided walk line to the restroom. 
  • Plenty of porta potties, and hand washing and sanitizer stations will be located throughout the venue to prevent gatherings or clusters. 
  • All restrooms will be monitored by a housekeeping attendant to ensure surfaces are cleaned after each use.
  • Security will be present at all restroom areas to maintain order and social distancing rules. 
  • Anybody who does not follow the rules will be asked to leave. 

Q: WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?

A: A limited number of concessions will be available for purchase on the app. Orders will be delivered to parking spaces via Cirque Mechanics rolling devices driven by masked operators.

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

A: Yes. We suggest pre-ordering your food/snacks for curbside pickup at one of Atlantic Stations many fantastic eateries! we will be emailing all ticket holders a list of Atlantic Station eateries. Please plan accordingly.

Q: WILL CARS BE SEARCHED?

A: All cars are subject to search.

Q: WILL SOMEONE BE PICKING UP TRASH?

A: We ask that you please take your trash with you and dispose of it at home.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

A: This is a rain or shine event.

Q: WHAT KINDS OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?

A: Vehicles and trucks must fit in a single, standard parking space. Oversize vehicles such as RVs and trailers are not permitted. LIFTED, VEHICLES MUST park in rows Four and Five. Standard stock vehicles are permitted to park anywhere in the venue.

Q: HOW DO I HEAR THE SHOW?

A: Audio will be transmitted via FM radio. Video screens will show you which station to tune into for your show. The sound does not come from the stage. Please plan accordingly.

Q: CAN I LEAVE MY CAR RUNNING?

A: No.

Q: WHAT IF MY CAR BATTERY DIES DURING THE SHOW?

A: Our staff can assist you to jump start your car. 

Q: DO MY HEADLIGHTS NEED TO BE OFF?

A: Yes.

Q: DO I NEED TO STAY INSIDE MY VEHICLE?

We ask that all attendees stay inside/by their vehicle. You are allowed to sit in folding chairs by your vehicle but you MUST wear a face mask and maintain social distancing. You may view the show from the bed of your truck. You may not be sitting so high as to obstruct the view of others. Hatches may be open but must not exceed roof height. If hatch is spring loaded please tie it down so it doesn’t obstruct the view of others. Please use common courtesy so everyone can enjoy the show.

Q: CAN WE SIT IN A TRUCK BED?

A: Yes. All attendees must wear face masks/coverings.

Q: IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

A:No. To be considerate of all attendees we do not allow smoking at this event. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE SHOW?

A: NO Pets allowed.

Q: WILL THERE BE AN ENCORE PERFORMANCE?

A: No.

The following items and activities are prohibited at this event:

  • Advertising, selling or promoting any third party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Fireworks
  • Generators
  • Grills or fryers
  • Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Littering
  • Tents, stand umbrellas and tarps
  • Use of drones
  • Wagons and strollers
  • Weapons

Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the event.
